Shipping policy

Shipping Rates

Phantom Cards LLC offers free shipping within the United States on all orders using USPS Ground Advantage.

Customers may request alternate shipping methods such as UPS or FedEx, however any upgraded shipping method will be at the customer’s expense.


Processing & Shipping Schedule

All orders from live breaks (Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday) are processed and shipped on the Friday morning following the break week.

If we do not have a valid shipping address on file at the time of shipment, your order may be delayed until the following shipping cycle.

During high order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.


Tracking Information

All shipments include tracking information. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please search "Phantom" or "Ship Rush" before contacting us for your shipment information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.


Lost Packages / Packages Stuck in Transit

If a package appears stuck in transit with no tracking movement for more than 60 days, Phantom Cards may, at our sole discretion, offer either:

• A replacement card(s) if available

• Store credit

• Or reimbursement for the order value

The resolution method will be determined solely by Phantom Cards based on the situation and available information.


Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Phantom Cards is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.


Damaged Items During Transit

Phantom Cards is not responsible for items damaged during shipping once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.


International Orders

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any shipping costs (paid directly to Phantom Cards), customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
